Condo Renovation


BEFORE

Master Shower


Guest Bathroom

DURING

The Master Shower

 When we removed the ceiling in the Master Shower, we found a 2nd ceiling covered in mold & mildew.
The 1st ceiling hide the duct work for the vent.




The rest of the Master Shower stripped to the frame work
 No more tile floor

 The Nook

 The shower had been leaking for some time. We removed the drywall
Removed the tile floor in the Kitchen
 Preparing to install a pocket door between the Guest Bedroom and Bathroom

 The new pocket door installed

After removing the moldy drywall in the Master Shower we installed new insulation

  Installed a new light in the nook

 Laying out the window trim and baseboard to be sprayed in the 1st coat of Semi-Gloss

 The new drywall is installed, tapped & mud in the nook

 The Master Shower is looking more like a Shower


 We moved the Laundry room door and installed an archway

 Kitchen

The owner wanted to remove the 1/2 wall in the Kitchen. And have an island installed.
This meant we had to move the plumbing.
 Marking out where the new plumbing would go.

 Digging out the dirt so that the new plumbing can be placed

 The Guest Bedroom was painted in Irish Cream
 While the Master was paint in Fancy Pink
